the joke of Daniel Cormier e Roy Nelson, who recently “signed” a contract on notebook paper for a fight, it seems to have had an effect of pressure. A few days after the fictitious agreement, the Ultimate organization made the meeting between the heavyweights official for UFC 166, on October 19th.
“They made it (fake contract), we scored. What can we say, we are satisfying people”, jokingly published the organization’s official profile on Twitter. The message also confirmed that the fight will be the co-main fight of the night in Houston (USA).
Roy Nelson has a record of 19 wins and eight losses. The “fat guy”, who has a new contract with Ultimate, is the champion of the reality show TUF 10. Now Daniel Cormier is undefeated in his career. The former Strikeforce athlete won all 12 of his fights.
UFC 166 takes place on October 19th, at Toyota Center, in Houston (USA). The main fight of the night marks the third meeting between the North American Cain Velazquez and the Brazilian Junior Gypsy for the heavyweight title.
