Last Thursday night (20), Ultimate held the traditional pre-fight press conference with the main athletes on the UFC card. UFC 270. At the end of the event, the public was able to watch the first face-off between Francis Ngannou e Cyryl Gane, who are dueling to unify the heavyweight belts (up to 120,2 kg) in the main fight of this Saturday's event (22).

Once training partners and now opponents, Francis Ngannou e Cyryl Gane have built an atmosphere of great rivalry in recent weeks. What was seen in the face, however, was respect on both sides. Contrary to what many expected, the two kept their distance, smiled, greeted each other and even exchanged a few words in French.

“No matter what you think, I respect you. Don't let these ideas get into your head. We have work to do on Saturday,” said Ngannou during the face-off.

Whether the weather is hot or milder, Francis Ngannou e Cyryl Gane enter the octagon on Saturday night (22) to resolve any differences they have and unify the heavyweight division belts.
