“I've always said these guys are real athletes, young, dedicated and trying hard. They are working. You can't take that away from them and they keep getting better and better. What you saw with (Tyron) Woodley is a lot of hard work to get to this point. I've never seen Woodley get knocked out like that, right? Is it just boxing? Yeah, but I've always said don't underestimate these guys and that was about a year and a half ago. If he wants to get into MMA, we would be happy (to sign him). Jake isn't saying he's going to train here, train there. He's going to one of the best gyms on the planet, where there's Khabib (Nurmagomedov), (Daniel) Cormier is still training, (Cain) Velasquez is teaching and he's going to enter an environment where he's going to grow,” said Coker.

The president of Bellator said that Jake has the talent to stay in mixed martial arts and left his company's doors open to welcome him, if the digital influencer is interested.

“He already has a history in wrestling and has good striking, obviously. This guy is going to get better and better. The days of him fighting basketball players are over. Jake wants to do this. He wants to have ten fights in boxing and then move on to MMA. I know that certain people feel a certain way, but don't underestimate these guys, because when they have their minds made up, it seems like they are capable of fulfilling their destiny. To me, it's something that if they want to happen, we'd love to do a deal with them to put them in some big fights, really test them.”

Jake Paul has been surprising the world of martial arts since he decided to fight professional boxing, at the beginning of 2020. Since then, there have been five consecutive victories, including a knockout over the former welterweight champion (up to 77,1kg) UFC Tyron woodley.
