"He (Francis Ngannou) is very complete now, but he knows that I can control the strength and his (knockout) power. So maybe he should be smarter in the fight. I think it will be like my fight against Jairzinho (Rozenstruik). I will manage the fight and win after five rounds”, said Gane in an interview with 'MMA fighting'.

Despite highlighting his focus on Ngannou, Gane is already projecting the future with the linear Ultimate title. The Frenchman even highlighted that he wants to face Jon Jones – preparing his move up to the heavyweight division (up to 120,2kg) of Ultimate.

“He wants to go to this category and prove he can do it. A fight against him would be very good for me, because we are complete and we fight intelligently. Maybe it will be a great confrontation and it will probably be great for my pocket”, he joked.
