Nate Diaz calls Khamzat Chimaev a 'rookie' and angers Dana White; president responds 'bad boy'

North American's statement bothers Ultimate boss, who doesn't allow provocation 'for free'

Undefeated in Ultimate and called 'Phenomenon' by Dana White, Khamzat Shimaev he was once again protected by his boss. Upon learning of a provocation from Nate diaz, who, when denying a possible confrontation against the Swede called him a 'newbie', the agent confronted the 'bad boy'. The answer came in an interview with 'TMZ Sports'.

“Everyone in the UFC belongs here. There are no newbies. There are some guys more experienced than others, but, on the other hand, Chimaev is there, willing to fight anyone, at short notice, in different categories”, said White, in an excerpt published by 'Sexto Round'.

Finally, White continued to defend his pupil. The response to Diaz ended amid provocations.

“Khamzat is a murderer. I don’t blame anyone who doesn’t want to face him,” he concluded.

Considered a big bet for the future of Ultimate, Chimaev has four fights for the company. In his last clash, the Swede ran over li jingliang in the first round and it wasn't even touched.

With prestige among the North American fans, Nate is close to the end of his contract with the company. The fighter has one more fight and still doesn't know who will be responsible for the commitment that could mark his farewell to Ultimate.
