Just like in 2019, Kamaru Usman e Colby covington staged another great fight for the welterweight belt (up to 77 kg) in the UFC 268, last Saturday (06). The duel ended again with the Nigerian's victory, this time with a unanimous decision from the judges.

In a press conference after the event, the champion left the strong rivalry aside, praised his opponent and drew a parallel with two of the biggest names in the history of world boxing.
“I'm not disappointed. This guy is very, very tough. Let's face it, (Muhammad) Ali needed (Joe) Frazier. You can be the best, but there will always be a guy who pushes you to the limit. He's that guy. As much as outside the octagon most people, including me, don't like him, we have to respect him as a competitor,” said Usman.
Still at the press conference, Kamaru Usman did not rule out the possibility of a trilogy against Colby covington in the future.
“I don’t know, the guy is tough. I think he beats most fighters in that division. Let's see, it's up to him. If he is willing to work hard and get back to the top and if I am still here, we will make it happen”, promised the Nigerian.
