He did it once again! Kamaru Usman He showed, once again, why he is the leader of the weight-for-pound rankings in Ultimate. On Saturday night (06), in the main fight of the UFC 268, the Nigerian defeated his arch-rival Colby covington and defended the welterweight belt (up to 77.1 kg.).
In the fight, Usman started putting a lot of pressure and managed two knockdowns on Colby. The North American still managed to recover from the third round and put the champion in danger. But even so, Kamaru showed why he owns the belt. He defended all of the American's takedown attempts and responded to Covington's attacks whenever he was hit.
