After TUF Brasil 2, Minotauro's pupil fights at WOCS 27

Welterweight Thiago Jambo participated in the second edition of TUF Brasil 2, but failed to advance in the competition. Now, willing to get a chance to fight in the UFC, the student of Rodrigo Minotauro He has an appointment scheduled at WOCS 27, an event that takes place on the 26th, at the Hebraica gymnasium, in Rio de Janeiro. Jambo faces Alexandre Baixinho, former UFC athlete.

The organizers of the show also announced, this Friday (14), that the event will be broadcast live on Sportv, in addition to being shown on the Combate channel. “We received an invitation from Sportv to have a live edition and we couldn't help but offer the public an excellent card”, says WOCS promoter, Otávio “Tatá” Duarte. “Being live on the biggest sports channel in Brazil is a source of great pride for me, for Phillip (Lima, partner-promoter of the event), and for everyone involved, because for five years we have been fighting hard, overcoming difficulties, working hard really looking for partners and growth for the show. The public can expect a great show,” he said.

“We will maintain our differential of being an attractive event for both fighters and the public. Anyone who fights in WOCS knows that it is a great showcase and that they will be treated with respect and honesty. Those who go to watch it know that they will have a great show and guaranteed excitement and fun. By the end of the year we will still be doing this and four more high-level editions”, added Tatá.
