After Luke Rockhold suffers injury and misses UFC 268, your opponent Sean Strickland admitted that he was not surprised by what happened. In a post on Instagram, 'Tarzan' said that he had already beaten him in a training session and said that he already expected that the former middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg) would not face him.

“He was never going to get to the fight… no one is surprised. I fought him once and almost put him out, we didn't even get to the second round and he left the gym. I knew it (the fight) wasn’t going to happen,” said Strickland.
Seventh in the middleweight rankings, Sean currently has one of the longest winning streaks in the category. With five consecutive victories, 'Tarzan' hasn't known defeat since May 2018. On that occasion, the North American was knocked out by the Brazilian Elizeu Capoeira. The fighter has an MMA record of 24 positive results and three negative results.
