Ranked eighth in the division, Chikadze has one of the longest winning streaks in the entire organization. Riding on nine consecutive victories, Giga was last defeated in June 2018, when he participated in the 'Contender Series'. On that occasion, Georgiano was submitted by Austin Springer. The fighter has a record in MMA of 14 positive results and two negative results.

Number five in the category led by Alexander Volkanovsky, Kattar suffered a severe setback in his most recent engagement. In January of this year, the 33-year-old fighter was 'run over' by Max Holloway during five rounds and was defeated by unanimous decision by the judges.
