Lightweights (up to 70,3 kg) Benson Henderson and Brent Primus will face each other on the main card of Bellator 268. The announcement was made by the organization at a press conference this Thursday (09). The event takes place on October 16th, in Arizona (USA) and also features the semi-finals of the light heavyweight tournaments (up to 93 kg).

The October 16th event has a special twist for Benson Henderson, as his wife, Maria Henderson, will compete in an amateur fight on the preliminary card.
On the other side, Brent Primus enters action for the second time this year. The former lightweight champion is coming off a defeat to Islam Mamedov in the Bellator 263, in July. Before that, the 36-year-old athlete had two consecutive victories in the circular cage.
In his main and co-main fights, the Bellator 268 features the semifinals of the organization's light heavyweight tournament. The first semi-final will be played between the former champion Ryan bader e Corey anderson. In the main fight, Vadim nemkov defends the division belt and seeks a place in the tournament final against Anthony Johnson.
