Jiu-jitsu legend, Marcus Buchecha continues his attempt to make his professional MMA debut. The Brazilian had his third opponent changed and will now face compatriot Anderson 'Braddock' Silva, on a card scheduled for September 24, at ONE Championship, in Singapore. The information was confirmed by 'MMA fighting'.

Looking forward to his first test in mixed martial arts, Marcus had been confirmed on the September card last month. The athlete, however, would face Thomas Narmo, but the rival ended up being cut from the show, giving way to Anderson.
Responsible for trying to 'spoil Buchecha's party', Silva arrives at ONE with an extensive kickboxing resume. In mixed martial arts, however, the 35-year-old athlete has four commitments (3-1) and has not performed in the sport since May 2018, when he beat Julio Cesar Lima, at WOCS 50.
With the dream of repeating the success of the 'gentle art' in MMA, Marcus, 31, will take a respected career in jiu-jitsu to the cage. Over the years of competitions, there were 13 world titles and two ADCC championships.
