Cat Zingano sues Hollywood actress for 'lying' about film role and causing UFC dismissal

Fighter accuses Halle Berry of lying about her participation in the film 'Bruised' and says she was fired from Ultimate for that reason

Former Ultimate, Zingano cat is suing Halle Berry for an unusual reason. The fighter accuses the Hollywood actress of lying about a possible role in the film's filming.brutalized', starring and directed by Berry. At the time, she prioritized starring in the film and ended up being fired from the UFC. The information was released by the North American website 'TMZ'.

The problem, however, was that Halle ended up informing Cat that she could only work with Ultimate athletes and, therefore, the fighter's presence was cancelled. The American sues the actress for damages and accuses her of harming her trajectory in the organization's Octagon.

For the film, which is scheduled to premiere on November 24, Halle Berry had the help of Bellator's double bantamweight (up to 61,2kg) and featherweight (65,7kg) champion, Chris Cyborg in preparation. Zingano cat, in fact, could be the next challenger for the title, as she won her two fights in the franchise.

In her career, the North American faced and defeated important names in women's MMA, such as Rachel Pennington, Miesha Tate and even the champion Amanda nunes. In the confrontation against the Brazilian, Zingano was able to deliver a devastating knockout to the Bahian, marking the last time the Pojucana was defeated.
