St. Pierre's autobiography hits the New York Times bestseller list

Book that tells the life of the UFC champion is 30th on the North American newspaper's list

GSP coverCanadian Georges St Pierre is one of the UFC's PPV sales champions. But the organization's welterweight champion reaches the top in another segment. The fighter's autobiography entered the list of best-selling books in the United States, according to The New York Times.

Titled “The Way of The Fight” – O Caminho da Luta -, GSP’s book occupies 30th position on the list of best-selling non-fiction books in the country.

The fighter wrote the book while recovering from a delicate surgery on his right knee, carried out in December 2011. The autobiography recounts the difficulties the fighter went through at the beginning of his career, exploring the period in which he had to work as a garbage collector until reaching the star in the largest MMA organization in the world.

PUBLICITY:

Georges St Pierre, who has an MMA record of 24 wins and two losses, has already accumulated eight UFC belt defenses. In his last fight, the Canadian fighter defeated Nick Diaz, at UFC 158, in a unanimous decision by the judges.
