ONE Championship heavyweight champion challenges Stipe Miocic

After Stipe Miocic hints at the possibility of a deal with ONE Championship, the organization's heavyweight champion (up to 120,2kg) Arjan Bhullar was willing to 'welcome' the former Ultimate leader. Through his 'Twitter', the Canadian fighter declared himself interested in a possible duel against the North American and stated that he knows how to defeat him.

“Another UFC fighter who doesn’t like the way he’s treated. I'd love to get my hands on you, Stipe Miocic. I've already been through 3 training camps for you and I know exactly how I would beat you”, wrote the ONE Championship champion.

Interestingly, Arjan had a recent stint in Ultimate. Between 2017 and 2019, the Canadian had four fights for the organization where he managed three wins and four losses. After being released by the UFC, he signed with the Asian company where he won his two fights so far. His crowning achievement came in May of this year, when he knocked out veteran Brandon Vera in the second round. The fighter has a record of 11 victories and one setback in professional MMA.
