Jake Paul reveals negotiations to face Conor McGregor and promises to knock out the Irishman

The YouTuber, who faces Tyron Woodley on August 29th, revealed that his team is already in contact with the Irishman's team

About to face the former UFC middleweight champion (up to 77 kg) in professional boxing, Jake Paul already has ambitious plans in mind for the future. The YouTuber is negotiating a potential fight against the star Conor McGregor, former two-division Ultimate champion.

The YouTuber revealed, in an interview with the North American program The Heard, that he is in contact with McGregor's team and guaranteed that he is the biggest name available to face the Irishman.

“I think it will happen. I mean I'm the money fight for Conor McGregor at the time. There is no other fighter right now who is at a higher level than me and wants to fight against Conor McGregor. Our team is in contact with his team and there are real conversations. At first people thought I was joking when I said I wanted to face him, but now it's real, more real than ever, in fact. And if we fight, I will knock him out,” Paul promised.

While negotiating with Conor McGregor, Jake Paul prepare to face Tyron woodley. With an undefeated record of three victories in his recent career in the noble art, the YouTuber will face the former UFC champion on August 29th, in Cleveland, in the United States.

Conor McGregor, in turn, is recovering from surgery. The Irishman fractured his left leg in the main fight of the UFC 264, on July 10, when he was defeated in the trilogy against Dustin poirier.
