the fight between Gabriel Napao and Travis Browne isn't done yet. Despite the North American having knocked out the Brazilian in the TUF 17 Finale, an event held this Saturday (13), in Las Vegas, the Tupiniquim athlete's coach promises to appeal the result.

Through his Facebook profile, Marco Alvan, Napão's coach, guaranteed that the blows that gave Travis the victory were illegal. He stated that he will file an appeal with the Nevada Athletic Commission, the entity that sanctioned the event, to overturn Gabriel's defeat.

“We are going to appeal with the Nevada Athletic Commission because we think the elbows to the back of the head were illegal. I always accepted any defeat we had, but this one was illegal. Napão is doing well, thanks for the support”, Alvan posted on the social network.

In the duel, Browne landed some elbows that hit Napão in the back of the head, which is illegal. But referee Chris Tognoni didn't notice the irregularity, he let the fight continue and Travis won by knockout.

clueless this guy gives knockout of the night to illegal blows, it's important to remember that the decision on the night's awards is after the fights so this means that they will have the courage to see the illegal blows and still award, credibility always leaving something to be desired
