Ultimate schedules Brazilian duel between Amanda Ribas and Virna Jandiroba for UFC 267, on Ilha da Luta

Back on Fight Island, in Abu Dhabi, Ultimate confirmed a duel that should stir the emotions of the Brazilian public. The organization marked the confrontation between Amanda ribas e Virna jandiroba protocols for UFC 267, confirmed for October 30th. The match will be valid for the strawweight division (up to 52,1kg). The information was released by 'Combate'.

Coming from a defeat in his last performance, Amanda ribas seeks to recover to dream of a future title fight again. After a good start in Ultimate, the Minas Gerais woman ended up experiencing her first setback in the company in a meeting with Marina Rodriguez, in January, at UFC 257.

Former champion at Invicta FC, Jandiroba is looking for her second positive result in a row. 'Carcará', in his last fight, submitted Kanako Murata in the second round.

Keeping an eye on the title that today belongs to Rose namajunas, Virna and Ribas need to win to try to get closer to the top 10. Today, the Minas Gerais woman occupies 11th position, while the Bahian woman is in 13th.

Professional in MMA since 2014, Amanda has 10 wins and two losses in her career. In the sport since 2013, Jandiroba has 17 triumphs and two setbacks.
