Gegard Mousasi is the champion of the Dream middleweight GP

The Armenian Gegard Mousasi is the Dream middleweight GP champion. The underdog of the tournament needed just over 30 seconds to submit the Dutchman Melvin Manhoef in the fight for the semi-final, and 2 minutes to knock out the Brazilian Ronaldo Jacare, who had passed through Zelg Galesic. With the victory, Mousasi wins the Grand Prix title and the category belt. In the reserve fight, Brazilian Adrews Nakahara, after difficulties in the first round, beat Dong Sik Yoon by technical knockout at the beginning of the second round. In the super fights, Adriano Martins ended up defeated by Keita Nakamura in a split decision by the judges, and the duel between Mirko Cro Cop and alistair overeem ended with a No Contest, after an illegal kick.
