UFC on Fuel TV 10, in Fortaleza, continues to receive the addition of fights that have Brazilian fighters involved. This time, the information is that Ronny Markes from Rio Grande do Norte will be part of the card on June 8th, fighting against Derek Brunson, in a fight valid for the middleweight category. Nova União athlete, Ronny Markes, is 24 years old and has a record of 14 wins and just one defeat – suffered in 2010, to compatriot Paulo Rodrigues. Ronny is undefeated in his three fights in Ultimate, an organization he has fought for since 2011. In his last appearance in the octagon, the native of Rio de Janeiro beat Andrew Craig in the UFC Sao Paulo, on January 19 of this year.
Your opponent, Derek Brunson, also has a history of few defeats, there were ten triumphs and only two setbacks in his career. One of the 29-year-old American's defeats was suffered by the Brazilian Ronaldo Jacare, in August last year, by Strikeforce. After the dissolution of his former organization, Brunson only had one fight for the UFC – obtaining a victory over Chris Leben.
