The events of the UFC's “Fight Night” series, with 25 editions already held between 2005 and 2011, should happen again in 2013. According to the magazine's article Sports Illustrated, from August 17th the events will be shown on a new FOX channel, Ultimate's partner broadcaster. The exhibition, according to the note, will be on the FOX Sports 1 channel, on Wednesday nights.
The UFC has not officially commented on the news, but has already revealed that it has plans for the new channel, belonging to the group that has been its partner since 2011. One of the main changes, for the North American public, would be the change to FS1 , from the “UFC Tonight” program, currently shown on the FUEL TV channel.
