junior gypsy lost the heavyweight belt to Cain Velazquez, in December 2012, at UFC 155. But the athlete from Santa Catarina is betting that his tormentor won't keep the title for long. Guest on this week's “O Mundo da Luta” program, the former champion believes that his compatriot Antonio Pezão will defeat the American of Mexican descent at UFC 160.

“Pezão is a good friend of mine, he’s going to win, he’s going to be UFC champion. I'm sure he'll take on Velasquez, nullify his game and knock him out. And that's what I want to see. He is a guy who deserves a lot, a good person, and I think that good people deserve good, and he is one of the guys that I admire and that I really like to have as a friend. Go for it, Pezão”, said Cigano.
