“Charles (from the Bronx) is a crafty veteran and has been in the Octagon dozens of times. He has a lot of experience, is great on the ground and is improving on his feet. He is dangerous everywhere. It's a dangerous and exciting fight. I feel like we'll see a better version of him. But he will also see the best version of me. This is what I worked for 12 years outside the UFC and, now, six months in the organization. Now we are here,” said Chandler in an interview with 'MMA fighting'.

It's a pleasure to sign with the UFC. It’s been a pleasure since day one and I imagine it will be even more pleasurable after I get that Ultimate title”, concluded the North American.

At 34, Michael chandler arrives in the fight with a sequence of three consecutive victories. Currently, the American has a record of 22 triumphs and five setbacks in his career.
