After beating Patricky Pitbull at Bellator 258, Peter Queally asks for a duel against his brother Patrício

Conor McGregor's training partner, the Irishman praised the current lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg) but stated that he wants to face him in his next fight

after winning Patricky Pitbull No. Bellator 258 which happened last Friday (7), Peter Queally now he plans to face the brother of his last opponent, Patrício. The Irishman praised the Brazilian but made it clear that his goal is to duel with the lightweight champion (under 70,3kg) in his next fight. The statement was given at the press conference after the event.

“He (Patricio) needs to fight with me now and resolve this thing. Patrício is a very tough guy, he knocked out my good friend Pedro Carvalho, so I respect him for that. But I defeated his brother fair and square so he needs to fight me now. We need to resolve this,” declared Peter.

Your training partner Conor McGregor He talked about the conversation he had with Patrício after the fight and about the Brazilian's complaints about an alleged illegal elbow from the Irishman. Peter denied that he had applied a blow outside the rules but was willing to settle scores in the ring with the lightweight champion.

“He was trying to claim it was an illegal elbow but that’s nonsense. I think he was just angry because I had just hit his brother, which is cool, but he can't lie. I understand the emotional issue. But there's something you can do if you're angry about this: fight me. That’s what he should do now”, concluded the Irishman.

With the triumph over Patricky, Peter won two consecutive fights again after four years. The fighter now has a record of 13 wins, five losses and one draw. The 32-year-old fighter has three fights in the organization, with two positive results and one setback.
