The athlete took the opportunity to spice up the challenge. For the former Ultimate champion, the youtuber will not have the necessary courage to exchange forces against a high-level opponent.

“Some people are made for this, others are not. It's not even an MMA fighter against one youtuber. It's one man against another. Let's settle the matter and get paid for it. I don't think he has the courage. Jake, on the other hand, you have the will. He wants to go around saying he's a fighter, that he beat one of our best. (…) Let’s go boxing, MMA, both, trilogy, wrestling, whatever you want. (…) They offered me to fight him in November, but I couldn’t do it, because I have a contract with the UFC”, said the veteran.

To ensure he had the chance to hold the superfight, Woodley then appealed to his boss. In the interview, the athlete sent a direct message to the president of Ultimate, Dana White, who could release him for the dispute.

“This time, I'm going to talk to Dana or someone. I don’t know what’s going on, if it’s going to work, but let me crush this guy”, he concluded.

Considered one of the best welterweights in UFC history, Woodley isn't having a great time inside the Octagon. After losing the title to Kamaru Usman in 2019, the North American was unable to recover his good form. Currently, the 39-year-old veteran has four consecutive defeats and has not won a match since 2018.
