The winner of TUF 14, Diego Brandao, is another fighter scheduled for UFC Sweden 2, which already has its card practically complete. On April 8th, the Brazilian will face the American Pablo Garza, in a fight valid for the featherweight category.
Brandão returns to the octagon after his victory over Joey Gambino at UFC Rio 3. The result was important, since in his first appearance after winning TUF, the Ceará native ended up being defeated by Darren Elkins. Fighting professionally since 2005, Diego's record has 15 wins and eight losses.
His opponent, Pablo Garza, is also coming off a victory in Ultimate. The North American beat the Canadian Mark hominick in November last year. In his career, Garza has had 15 fights. The Scarecrow, or “The Scarecrow”, as he is known, won 12 fights and lost only 3.
