Undefeated in his career, Lorenz Larkin faces Francis Carmont in his UFC debut

Another Strikeforce fighter is about to debut in Ultimate. The name of the moment is undefeated middleweight Lorenz Larkin, who will begin his career in the organization against Francis Carmont, at UFC on FOX 7.

Despite his unbeaten record, Larkin has already suffered a technical knockout in his career, against Muhammed Lawal, at Strikeforce: Rockhold vs. Jardine, in January 2012. However, the result was reversed to a No contest after Lawal tested positive for Drostanolone in the anti-doping test. Thus, Lorenz Larkin continues with a record of 13 wins, no losses and 1 NC.

His opponent, Frenchman Francis Carmont, is not undefeated in his career, but is on a long winning streak. Carmont's last defeat came in April 2008, to Baga Agaev. Since then, the European has won the nine fights he has had, the last four for the UFC.

UFC on FOX 7 is scheduled for April 20th, in San Jose, California (USA). The main fight of the night will pit the UFC lightweight champion, Ben henderson, and the last champion of the category from Strikeforce, Gilbert Melendez.
