Megan Anderson says she doesn't care about Amanda Nunes' undefeated streak

Featherweight title challenger, Australian says she doesn't care about the champion's recent positive record, as she hasn't lost in 11 fights

Even though he is aware of the difficult mission he will face in the UFC 259, next Saturday (6), Megan anderson seems not to fear the much talked about unbeaten record of 11 fights Amanda nunes. In an interview with 'Media day' of the event, the Australian said she was happy to compete for the title, said she was prepared for the fight and that she had studied the champion's weaknesses. The athletes perform in the co-main confrontation of the show.

“It's been a long road to get here, but I'm glad I'm finally here. I've grown a lot as a person, as a martial artist, to get to this point. I'm ready to do a show. Everyone is invincible until they are not.”, said Anderson.

Megan also stated that the Brazilian's game is not perfect, that she studied the belt holder and will be ready to attack when she has the ideal opportunity.

“I think everyone has holes in their game. You just have to find them. We've looked at other videos of her, and we have a game plan, so we're ready to capitalize on those moments when we see it coming,” said the 31-year-old athlete.

The former Invicta FC champion has a record of ten wins and four losses, and comes from two positive results in a row. The victories over Zarah Fairn, in May 2019, and Norm Dumont, in February 2020 they accredited Megan to face Amanda nunes, for the featherweight belt (up to 65,7 kg) in UFC 259.
