After being confirmed as the official opponent of the winner between Stipe Miocic e Francis Ngannou, Jon Jones gained extra energy in training. In preparation for his official debut in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2 kg.) of the UFC, the MMA legend released a video on his account on Instagram, in which he appears lifting more than 270kg. Training is part of the preparation for gaining muscle mass.

Considered by many to be the best MMA fighter of all time, Jones will have the opportunity to make history in the sport in 2020. Absolute leader in the under-93kg category. for 10 years, the athlete will have the chance to join the select group of fighters who have won two belts in different divisions in the organization.
