The confusion began after, according to authorities, Caraway purchased an insurance policy for his driving. Days later, the fighter stated that the vehicle had been stolen.

According to Bryan's complaint, the quad bike was a gift from Miesha when they were both in a relationship. The former UFC bantamweight champion (up to 61,2 kg.), however, denies the information from her former partner.

The fighter accuses Tate of having removed the vehicle from a residence they shared in Washington (USA). The action, according to information from the athlete, would have been carried out illegally, in 2017 – which Miesha also denies.

Caraway's situation became complicated after, in February 2019, security camera records were released that allegedly confirmed that Bryan had removed the quad bike from Miesha's residence without authorization. The vehicle then ended up being found at the house of Bryan's current girlfriend. The police then recovered the quad bike and returned it to the former UFC champion.

The controversy doesn't stop there. After recovering the vehicle, Miesha was robbed again by Caraway two weeks after the first incident.

Now, Bryan has a hearing scheduled for March. Prior to this, the wrestler was placed on the Washington State Insurance Commissioner's Office's 'Most Wanted' list for initially failing to appear in court. The case continues without a final solution.
