Cara de Sapato's opponent at UFC 257 accuses Brazilian of 'spying' on his training before the fight

Controversy in the air. Rival of Antonio Shoe Guy No. UFC 257, which takes place on February 13th, Brad Tavares accused the Brazilian of 'espionage' during the preparatory camp for the clash at the beginning of next year. In an interview with 'MMA JunkieRadio', the North American spoke about the subject and criticized the Tupiniquim's supposed attitude.

“I know my opponent went to talk to someone I train with, who he used to train with, to try to get a little inside information. I simply laughed. He seems weak to me when he does that,” said Tavares, without revealing the name of the gym partner who was reportedly being sought.

On January 23, both Antônio and Brad will return to the Octagon after more than a year of inactivity.

Shoe Face has not fought since the defeat suffered by Uriah Hall, in September 2019. Tavares performed last November.
