With prices starting at R$400, tickets for UFC São Paulo go on sale this Thursday

Ultimate returns to the capital of São Paulo after 14 years away from the city. UFC on FX 7, also called UFC Sao Paulo, will be responsible for opening the 2013 season of the show on January 17th. But anyone who wants to guarantee their presence at the event can now buy tickets from next Thursday (06). However, entries have a significant increase compared to editions in the country in 2010 and 2011.

If at UFC Rio 3, held in October, the stands were sold for R$275, in UFC Sao Paulo prices start to be sold from R$400.

Despite the price increase of almost 46%, Marshall Zelaznik, director of international development at the UFC, is betting on the success of the edition which will have as its main attraction the duel between Vitor belfort It's the English Michael Bisping.

“We are very proud of this announcement. São Paulo represents one of the biggest UFC fan bases, our Facebook numbers prove this. We are always excited by the adrenaline of Brazilian fans, it will certainly be no different at Ibirapuera”, said  Zelaznik.

Ticket sales will only be made through the Tickets For Fun website, ticketsforfun.com.br, from 10h.
