Israel adesanya doesn't make the news. “Definitely, moving up a division and becoming light heavyweight champion will expand my legacy. I could stay at middleweight and clean up the division, but I made this change in boxing, kickboxing and I will do so in MMA. I've been in the UFC for three years, look what I've done! I have a belt and I’m about to have another one,” said Adesanya.
Although his next commitment will be in the light heavyweight division, 'The Last Stylebender' assured that his focus will be on the middleweight division, as the category has always been his home.
“Afterwards, I will return to the middleweights. I find it easy to make weight. Most of the time, I fight even below the weight limit. I don't usually suffer and that's my category. Fighting at light heavyweight is just fun, it works as a challenge and that excites me. I like doing things that many fighters would shy away from”, he concluded.
