An impressive image caught attention at SFT 22, held last Saturday, in São Paulo. In the confrontation against Karina Silva, contested at bantamweight, Sidy Rocha starred in images of despair and tension for those who followed the event. When trying to defend an armbar, the Mato Grosso native suffered a broken arm and only realized it after the referee interrupted her.

In the images (see below), it is possible to notice the moment in which the fighter's left arm suffers the fracture. Upon noticing the serious injury, the referee immediately stopped the confrontation. The most shocking thing was that Rocha even argued about the strike and, only later, realized what had happened.

Rocha, 43 years old, who is a former champion of Pancreasis, was treated at the scene and is recovering well from the scare.

After the incident, Karine was declared the winner by submission in the first round.
