The UFC 154 card marked the return of Georges St Pierre to the Octagon, after a serious knee injury, and the Canadian's victory against Carlos Condit, unifying the Ultimate welterweight belt. Another duel valid for the same division, the North American John hendricks he delivered a spectacular knockout to Martin Kampmann and secured the right to be the next challenger.
In addition to the future of defining the welterweight category, two Brazilians were present on the card. Rodrigo Damm fought a tough battle against Antonio Carvalho, being defeated in a split decision by the judges, while Rafael dos Anjos He had a great fight and dominated Canadian Mark Bocek.
