Chosen to face Dominick reyes in the dispute for the vacant light heavyweight title (up to 93 kg.), Jan Blachowicz is focused on making history through Ultimate. Current number three in the ranking, the Pole believes that the duel, which takes place this Saturday (26), at UFC 253, in Abu Dhabi, will not be decided by the judges' decision and made a bold projection, if he wins the title.

“I see myself knocking him out in the third round. He will see. Maybe I'll win on points or finish. I'm ready for anything,” said Blachowicz, in an interview with 'BJ.Penn.com.
Ready for the most important fight of his career, the Pole doesn't think of a negative surprise against the North American. The light heavyweight even projected his future as leader of the division.
“When I defeat him by interruption, I will know that I am the best in the world, even better than Jon Jones. Maybe my next fight will be against Jon Jones”, commented the combatant.
Since overcoming Corey anderson With a brutal knockout in the first round in February, Blachowicz confirmed that he would be the man to displace 'Bones' from the throne. The confrontation, however, never happened and became even more difficult after the former champion officially moved to heavyweight (up to 120,2kg). The Pole, however, stated that facing Jones is not the main focus, but does not rule out a possible meeting in the future.
“For me, the most important thing was to fight for the title. In the future, I will meet with Jon Jones anyway. At the moment I only have Dominick reyes in mind. I don’t think about Jones right now,” he concluded.
The duel between Reyes and Blachowicz will mark the co-main fight of UFC 253. The main fight of the event will be represented by the long-awaited duel between Israel adesanya e Paulo borrachinha, who are competing for the middleweight belt (up to 83,9kg.).
