"It's very important. Thiago helped me a lot mentally and physically. When we were in quarantine, we could train with each other and it was much better, especially because he also fights, so he understands weight cutting and what the process is like,” said the Russian in an interview with 'BJPenn.com'.

Coming from a defeat to the promising Aspen ladd in December last year, Yana knows she needs to win to maintain her dream of a future title fight.
