The confrontation between Luana and Lipski was one of the most anticipated on the card by the Brazilian public. As these were two Brazilian promises for the flyweight division (up to 56,7kg), fans who followed the show were able to see their compatriots exchanging strength in the Octagon.

The clash itself, however, ended up not lasting long. After attempting a calf lock from Ariane, 'Dread' ended up getting careless and was the victim of a submission that ended up earning his rival one of the 'Performance of the Night' bonuses.

When Lipski got into position, Luana screamed in pain and the image displayed ended up being shocking for many viewers. On her social networks, after the setback, the São Paulo native tried to reassure her fans and confirmed that she had not broken any bones.

The 180-day medical suspension can be reversed if the athlete confirms, through subsequent examinations, that there are no serious injuries. This way, the fighter will be able to return to training and fights.
