After the controversial defeat to Diego Sanchez, in February, when he was beaten by disqualification, Michael Pereira has a new commitment to the UFC. The 'Paraense Voador' will make his fourth fight for the organization against Russian Zelim Imadaev, on September 5th, in Las Vegas (USA). The information was released by 'ESPN' and confirmed by Michel on his social networks.

“September 5th has a show”, wrote the Brazilian on his Instagram account.
Known for his plastic strikes and the irreverent way he conducts his fights, Michel will step into the octagon to end a sequence of two setbacks in the organization. Representative of the welterweight division (up to 77kg), Pereira makes no secret of the fact that he shows up for fights to put on a show for the fans.
At just 26 years old, 'Paraense Voador' already has an impressive record. In total, the Brazilian has 36 appearances as a professional in MMA. The fighter won 23 victories, suffered 11 defeats and has two unsuccessful battles.
For the next challenge, Michel will face an opponent who he also needs to win to avoid complications in the organization. Debuting in the UFC in April last year, Zalim failed to win in his two appearances for the company.
The 25-year-old Russian has 10 commitments in mixed martial arts, with eight wins and all by knockout.
