UFC president, Dana White, gave the green light for the confrontation between Anderson Silva e Georges St Pierre. The super fight between the Brazilian, middleweight champion, and the Canadian, owner of the welterweight belt, should take place at a combined weight. The director, in an interview with the North American website MMA Weekly, stated that if GSP defeats Carlos Condit at UFC 154, in November, the duel is already beginning to be articulated internally.
“I believe that if we had a fight between Anderson and Georges, it would probably be at a combined weight, probably at 178 pounds (80,9kg) or something like that. St-Pierre already told me he wants this fight, he said yes”, confirmed White.
St. Pierre and Anderson have not found opponents in their divisions and are the two most dominant champions in the UFC today. The Brazilian has held the middleweight belt since 2006. The Canadian has held the title since 2007.

I'm rooting for Condit to win the fight, so Silva will be forced to face Weidman.
