Main challenger for the middleweight belt (up to 83,9kg.), Paulo borrachinha mocked the departure of Gilbert Durinho of the welterweight title fight (up to 77kg.), which would take place this Saturday (11), at UFC 251. On his 'Twitter' account, the Minas Gerais native commented on the case, suggesting that his compatriot 'jumped the queue' to become a challenger. The Niteroi native was cut from the show after testing positive for Covid-19.

Borrachinha concluded, giving his opinion on what the policy for confirming title fights should be within the organization.
“There are no shortcuts in MMA. Finding a way, trying to cut corners, doing it the easy way will always go wrong. The wrong thing, in MMA, will always go wrong”, he concluded.
The news that Durinho is out of the UFC 251 was made official at the beginning of last Saturday (4). Realizing the importance of losing a confrontation of this magnitude, Ultimate acted quickly and confirmed Jorge masvidal, who would be the initial opponent of Kamaru Usman in negotiations at the beginning of the year, for confrontation.
With this, the UFC 251 continues with three title fights in what promises to be one of the most exciting shows in recent years.
