On March 28th, the Octagon will rock with the fight between Francis Ngannou e Jairzinho Rozenstruik in the main fight of ufc columbus, in the United States. Aware that he will face an opponent who is in great shape, the French-Cameroonian maintains respect for his rival's physical strength, but guarantees that his opponent does not have the necessary weapons to win. The statement was made in an interview with 'MMA Junkie'.

“I didn’t see anything that impressed me (in Jairzinho). In relation to that fight against Overeem, I mean, he was beaten throughout the fight and he was lucky in the end, basically because of the early stoppage. The referee (Dan Miragliotta), in my opinion, stopped early and you know, he gave him the victory, but honestly his UFC career doesn't impress me,” said Francis.
The French-Cameroonian, however, stated that he will remain alert to the dangers that could be posed by his opponent taking into account his physical strength. The Surinamese achieved five knockouts in his last appearances.
“I wasn't surprised by anything, but with that said, it's not to underestimate him because he was a kickboxer and has good hands. So, he knows the attacking game. Now, let’s find out what he knows about MMA,” declared Ngannou.
Confident that he will win his fourth consecutive triumph, Francis then ventured his guess on how the clash against Jairzinho will end.
“The only way I see it ending is with me knocking him out. Round one or round two. I don't know. So hopefully he’s good enough to get through the first round,” he concluded.
