The Brazilian Paulo borrachinha the tone rose in the response made to the provocation of Israel adesanya, current middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg.). After the Nigerian stated that he would humiliate the Minas Gerais native in a possible confrontation, Paulo used his Twitter account to rebut his rival, but exaggerated his words, which was frowned upon by some followers. Borrachinha is, today, considered one of the main potential opponents for the belt owner.

“Adesanya is scared. He tries to look good, but we all know he's thin and weak. He's afraid of facing powerful guys. Shit African”, wrote the Brazilian (see the print below).
The Brazilian's comment didn't sound good to some of the athlete's followers. After publication, a fan responded to the statement made by the Minas Gerais native, suggesting that the athlete should not position himself in that way in relation to his opponent.
“I wouldn’t pick a fight with all of Africa,” wrote one internet user.
Borrachinha immediately tried to justify his words and tried to explain himself, suggesting that his problem was only with the middleweight champion.
“I want to kill just one African. The skinny loudmouth”, replied Paulo.
Even justifying the attack, Borrachinha made a point of deleting the post in order to avoid further problems.
The Brazilian's phrase may sound like a form of encouragement for Israel, which is known for its fight for racial equality and makes a point of affirming its origins on the African continent.
Interestingly, the publication was made on the eve of National Black Consciousness Day, which is celebrated in Brazil annually on November 20th.
African Champions
Beside Kamaru Usman, welterweight champion (up to 77.1 kg.), Adesanya is the second Nigerian athlete to hold a UFC belt in 2019, which makes the African country second on the list of champions of the event among men – behind only the USA. Brazil does not have any male champion this year.
Adesanya x Borrachinha
The duel between Paulo and Adesanya, initially, was supposed to take place at the beginning of 2020. However, biceps surgery kept the Brazilian out of action until April. Dana White, president of Ultimate, stated that the confrontation should be postponed and he is looking for a new opponent for the current champion.
History in Brazil
Brazil was built on the exploitation of slave labor, coming from people taken from their regions, mainly in Africa, and brought to our territory to work in the most adverse conditions possible. The events that occurred more than 500 years ago still have repercussions on today's society, which, in numbers, shows the racial inequality that occurs on a daily basis.

African is just the continent where he was born, I don't see any problems with that, after all he is neither American nor South American, he is just African...
Typical stupid conclusion of this matter. It looks like UOL that loves to decontextualize third-party statements. Is Adesanya Asian then? South American? North American? From Oceania?
