Mike Tyson hones Francis Ngannou's boxing and asks: 'Who hits harder?'

Boxing legend gives tips to the UFC heavyweight that could improve the giant's performance in the Octagon

One of the best boxers of all time, Mike Tyson, appeared in a video giving tips to the former UFC heavyweight (up to 120,2kg) title challenger, Francis Ngannou. Known for his aggressiveness, the French-Cameroonian is attentive to Tyson's 'touches', which shows one of his most recurring movements as an athlete. The images were released on Mike's Twitter.

The way they defeat their opponents is similar between Mike and Ngannou. An MMA athlete, Francis currently has 14 victories in his career and has already scored 10 knockouts. Francis's enormous strength earned the heavyweight worldwide fame as an extremely dangerous athlete in his confrontations.

In his last two appearances, Ngannou was unaware of two former champions of the event. In February, the French-Cameroonian ignored the legendary status of Cain Velazquez and erased the North American in less than 30 seconds of presentation. Still in 2019, it was the turn of junior gypsy prove that Francis is not an ordinary athlete. In a fight that represented the main fight of the UFC Minneapolis, the Santa Catarina native couldn't resist the first exchange of blows and ended up being beaten at the beginning of the first round.

After a troubled life after stardom, Mike ended up being dethroned in 1990, by Buster Douglas. After that, the American continued with controversies in his personal life, including being arrested and sentenced to six years in prison for an accusation of rape against Desiree Washington.

Between ups and downs in the sport, Mike's career officially ended in June 2005, after losing his sixth career fight.

Francis, today, is considered, once again, a potential opponent to threaten the division title, which currently belongs to Stipe Miocic. The American is known for his high quality in boxing and Tyson's help could be instrumental for the French-Cameroonian in the event of a reunion with Stipe.

Recently, Ngannou admitted his desire to test himself in a boxing performance and even challenged Tyson Fury, one of the sensations of the current generation of sport.
