Recently, Minotouro was removed from the UFC Sao Paulo, which takes place in November. The athlete, who would be one of the main stars of the event, suffered a back injury and would not be able to recover by the scheduled date.

“We were going to a seminar in China and he was feeling this injury. He wasn't able to train well. So, he gave the organization advance notice. If he is not 100%, with the last fight being the only thing that matters most, towards the end of his career, he chose to try to fight in February”, concluded the legend.
