One of the most anticipated events of the year has finally arrived. O UFC 242, which will finally bring the dispute for the unification of the lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg.), one of the most disputed divisions of Ultimate, arrives in Abu Dhabi, this Saturday (7), and will present to the public the confrontation between Khabib Nurmagomedov e Dustin poirier as the main attraction of the show. Before exchanging forces in the octagon, the fighters will have to go through the traditional staring ceremony.

Starting at 11am (Brasília time), all 26 will step on the scale to confirm their weight and do the famous stares.
The main duel, in addition to the title fight, marks the return of Khabib Nurmagomedov to MMA, after serving a nine-month suspension following the confusion caused when, upon defeating Conor McGregor, in October last year, jumped over the cage of the Octagon and tried to attack a member of the Irishman's team, causing a widespread fight there.
In addition to the belt, three Brazilians will also fight at the event. Edson Barbosa is responsible for the co-main duel of the event, in addition to Davi ramos e Carlos Diego Ferreira. All three are scheduled to perform on the night's main card.
