Jon Jones' brother will play in the NFL in 2012

UFC light heavyweight champion, Jon Jones He is one of the best UFC athletes today. The 25-year-old fighter, who is already one of the main pay per view of the organization, saw his less famous brother stand out in the sporting world on Thursday night.

Despite all of Jon's success, the fighter's younger brother didn't want to follow in the UFC champion's footsteps. At 22 years old, Chandler Jones was one of the highlights of college football this year and is selected for the 2012-2013 season of the NFL, a professional American football league in the United States.

Chandler, who plays defensive end, was the number 21 pick in the draft – a selection of college students by professional teams – and will defend the New England Patriots team, one of the strongest teams in the league.

Immediately after selection, Jon Jones used his Twitter account to congratulate his brother. “Congratulations to the new (athlete for the) New England Patriots. Chandler Jones”, wrote the champion.

Then it was Dana White's turn, UFC president and Patriots fan, to use microblog to congratulate the family.
