Last-minute call-up to UFC Sacramento, the man from Paraná John allan saved Brazilian participation in the attraction's preliminary card. On Saturday night (13), the Curitiba native, who only had 12 days to prepare, had a great fight against Mike Rodriguez and won a unanimous decision. On the other hand, Livinha Souza and Sheymon Moraes were surpassed by Brianna van Buren and André Filirespectively.

Mike Rodriguez started the fight by taking the initiative in the exchange of blows. The American exploded with good punches, while Allan responded with counterattacks. Halfway through the round, the Brazilian managed the takedown, staying on top and almost getting the guillotine choke. However, Rodriguez managed to survive.
Rodriguez returned worn out for the second round, after almost being submitted by choke. The Brazilian balanced the contest on his feet, but received hard blows in a frank exchange. He still managed to take the duel to the ground, but after the North American exploded he ended up on the bottom. The Brazilian athlete still attacked with an armbar, but his rival defended well. Afterwards, the Curitiba native almost got the guillotine.
Rodriguez returned for the third round attacking on his feet, but landed, for the second time, a blow to the Brazilian's gymnasium. After a few minutes of break, the duel resumed. Allan managed to take down his rival again and tried to apply a kimura, but Rodriguez got up. The Brazilian still managed to take the fight to the ground once again to guarantee victory in the decision.
Sheymon loses second in a row
Sheymon Moraes entered the Octagon needing a victory to gain momentum in the UFC. With two victories in four fights and coming from a setback, the Brazilian felt the weight of the hand of André Fili and was knocked out in the first round.
Resident of Sacramento, FIli was pushed by the fans from the beginning of the dispute. He moved well and used his wingspan to hit the Brazilian. On the other hand, Moraes tried to use kicks to close the distance. However, in one of these attacks, the North American played directly against him and the Brazilian athlete felt it. He also completed the sequence with a high kick. Sheymon still tried to stay in the fight, but was caught in another counterattack and fell to the ground, already knocked out.
Livinha is dominated by Brianna van Buren
First Brazilian to climb into the octagon, Livinha Souza suffered in front of Brianna van Buren. The North American imposed her pressure game from the first second and gave the São Paulo native no room to breathe in the duel. Shorter, she shortened and combined punches to the face, waist line and worked in the clinch. On the other hand, the Brazilian athlete was unable to respond to her rival's attacks. Livinha still managed to land on top on the ground at the end of the first round, but didn't have time to work on any submissions.
Brianna started the second round even better. She continued to play pressure and cornered Livinha on two occasions. The Brazilian, however, dodged her rival's good streaks.
