After provocations, fights and declared enmity, the former friends Jon Jones e Rashad evans settle differences on Saturday night (21). The duel, which will be valid for the light heavyweight belt, will be the main attraction of UFC 145, an event to be held in the city of Atlanta, in the United States.

Jones and Rashad's fights were always public. If in 2011 Rashad was considering changing categories before facing his “brother” Jones; in 2012 they were already exchanging insults at press conferences and accusing each other, among other things, of envy and falsehood.
Rashad, who has an MMA record of 17 wins and just one loss, always stated that he knew how to defeat Jones, after all, he had followed most of his training.

“He is not the Jon Jones 'invincible champion' for me. I know the real Jon, the nervous boy who asked me to teach him how to dress, talk and fight”, said Evans “I know how he reacts when things don't go as he expects, how he can't deal with this mentally”, added Rashad.

In turn, Jones, who has a professional record of 15 wins and one loss, is not intimidated by his rival's provocations and guarantees that he has more weapons to finish the fight and defend his UFC belt for the third time.

“My opponent and I have a well-documented history,” Jones commented. “He thinks he knows everything I have to offer, but a lot has changed since he left the academy a year ago. I'm a very different fighter than the one he trained with. I hope he is willing to see and feel the difference”, teased the champion.
