The UFC flyweight, paige vanzant surprised her fans by publishing an image of the surgery she recently underwent. On her official Instagram account, the fighter warned her followers about the strong content of the photo. This is the third time that the North American has stepped aside to treat the same arm.

In her most recent publications, Paige shared with her fans records of her personal life, such as images with her partner and also a fighter, Austin vanderford; in addition to advertisements for dietary supplements. However, his latest sharing caused astonishment among Internet users.
Even with the 'scare', VanZant made a point of reassuring his followers and stating that the surgery was successful. The athlete will now have to go through the entire recovery process until she can return to training and, later, to the Octagon.
"Good morning everybody. I just woke up and I'm lying on my couch. The surgery was a success. My mother is here taking care of me”, said the athlete.
There is still no prediction of how long the fighter will be away from competition. Recently, Paige had informed in an interview that she intends to resume her career by the end of the year. However, everything will depend on her condition improving.
VanZant went through a difficult time in Ultimate. In her last five appearances, the athlete suffered three setbacks. However, in January of this year, the fighter won a good victory over compatriot Rachael Ostovich.
At 25 years old, the North American currently ranks 14th in the flyweight category and has 11 fights in her professional record, with seven wins and four defeats.
